The custom MULTI F Routing Jigs are specifically designed to perfectly align and route the mortise or rebate for the GIGANT, RICON, and DUO-System. We recommend combining the routing jig with a → 2 Flute Straight Router Bit 13/32" and a —> Router Bushing 1" OD to make the mortise. Optionally, → Router Base Plate Adapter that holds the Router Bushing 1" OD. Please choose your size depending on the size of the connector WIDTH. I.e. If you order the DUO 62/15 you would choose the MULTI F15 Routing Jig.

The DUO 30 and DUO 35 hook connectors come in 30 mm and 35 mm and consists of two identical round shaped steel brackets that hook into each other in a dovetail-like manner. They form a stable load-bearing connection immediately after screwing and hooking together the parts. The pre-engineered RICON® EA series is fully concealed and allows for the simple and fast joining of beams. Our RICON® EA Beam Hanger is used as a timber connector for main and secondary beam joints as well as joining vertical and horizontal mullions in wood curtain walls. It consists of two identical metal connector plates that hook into each other in a dovetail-like manner. We recommend accessories → 2 Flute Straight Router Bit 13/32″ to be combined with —> Router Bushing 1″ OD and the MULTI F Routing Jigs to make make the mortise. Optionally, → Router Base Plate Adapter that holds the Router Bushing 1″ OD. -

The CHICO is a precision connector made of aluminum die-cast zinc, which can also be used in Corian®, Marlan®, and similar materials in addition to wood materials. The halves of the connector are screwed into a groove (50 x 12 x 10 mm) and joined sliding them together. While sliding them into each other, the joint tightens up and is immediately load-bearing.
