The custom MULTI F Routing Jigs are specifically designed to perfectly align and route the mortise or rebate for the GIGANT, RICON, and DUO-System. We recommend combining the routing jig with a → 2 Flute Straight Router Bit 13/32" and a —> Router Bushing 1" OD to make the mortise. Optionally, → Router Base Plate Adapter that holds the Router Bushing 1" OD. Please choose your size depending on the size of the connector WIDTH. I.e. If you order the DUO 62/15 you would choose the MULTI F15 Routing Jig.

The KNAPP®️ Forstner Bit with Adjustable Depth Stop is specially designed to drill the perfect hole depth for the UNO 30 and DUO 30 and 35 Hook Connectors. This forstner bit is available in 30 mm and 35 mm and includes a custom adjustable depth stop that allows for a perfect connection every time wh using the UNO and DUO hook connectors. The tungsten carbide tipped blade ensures optimal protection for long-lasting performance. All of our KNAPP® drill bits and router bits are made in Austria and made of high-quality steel. -
The miniKLICK Grooving Saw Blade is custom made to perfectly cut the groove for the miniKLICK snap-in connector. This blade is designed to make two different cuts for each the male and female halves of the miniKLICK by simply adjusting the depth of the blade. -
The WALCO® V wall connector set consists of a “dovetail” shaped hot-dip galvanized bracket and a specially shaped counterpart screw. An optional lock can be installed to latch the connection against the slide-in direction. Prefabricated walls can be connected to each other within just few minutes. -
The CHICO is a precision connector made of aluminum die-cast zinc, which can also be used in Corian®, Marlan®, and similar materials in addition to wood materials. The halves of the connector are screwed into a groove (50 x 12 x 10 mm) and joined sliding them together. While sliding them into each other, the joint tightens up and is immediately load-bearing. The DUO 30 and DUO 35 hook connectors come in 30 mm and 35 mm and consists of two identical round shaped steel brackets that hook into each other in a dovetail-like manner. They form a stable load-bearing connection immediately after screwing and hooking together the parts.
