The WALCO® 40 set consists of two identical brackets made out of blue-galvanized steel. Commonly used gaskets can be installed on the prefabricated wall panels. When sliding the wall panels together, the brackets hook into each other in a dovetail-like manner and tighten up the joint. The custom MULTI F Routing Jigs are specifically designed to perfectly align and route the mortise or rebate for the GIGANT, RICON, and DUO-System. We recommend combining the routing jig with a → 2 Flute Straight Router Bit 13/32" and a —> Router Bushing 1" OD to make the mortise.
