RETURNS – KNAPP Connectors is committed to partnering with you as your number one supplier of hidden connecting systems for all of your building needs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 877-888-7773 within 14 days of delivery, or email Info@KNAPPconnectors.com to approve your return. Only unused items will be accepted and eligible for returns/exchanges within the 14 day period. If you have any questions, comments or concerns please contact us. DAMAGED GOODS – If your item is damaged in any way upon delivery, please call us at 877-888-7773 within 14 of delivery. If in any case that the item you purchased was delivered damaged or defective, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. We will gladly email you a shipping label that you can print in order to return the damaged item. We ask that you please return the damaged item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is also damaged, please notify us and we will send additional packaging for your return shipment.
REFUND PROCESS – Any returns that are not considered to be “damaged goods” must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to deny refund to the sender without prior return approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are shipping an item over $50.00, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items must be shipped within 14 days of when the item was delivered to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
