METAL – Biscuit Connector

The METAL biscuit is a #20 self-tightening, non-visible zinc die-casting slide-in connector with integrated locking tabs and is suitable for load-bearing joints for panels and boards. The connector halves are inserted and screwed into the biscuit slot with pan-head screws. Simply slide the connector halves into each other to carry out the assembly.

The METAL biscuit is a #20 self-tightening, non-visible zinc die-casting slide-in connector with integrated locking tabs and is suitable for load-bearing joints for panels and boards. The connector halves are inserted and screwed into the biscuit slot with 3×13 mm and 3×25 mm pan-head screws (PH screws). Simply slide the connector halves into each other to carry out the assembly. If needed, it can be reinforced by adding drops of KNAPP®-Adhesive PU+ (Z011/1) when installing the connector halves. The METAL biscuit connector is a very strong and immediately load bearing, putting NO halt on the manufacturing process. If used for knock-down cabinets or furniture. The workpiece can be installed very fast on site, thus allows the parts to be transported flat-packed. Optionally, the connector can be latched via locking tabs in one or both directions.
